This company has been growing at an annualized rate of 100% since starting 4 years ago, and needed an Operations Executive to join their leadership team. The Chief Operations Officer will be charged with establishing and implementing the operational excellence and facilities, including a new ERP system that will allow the company to continue to support their steep growth curve.

 

Working closely with the Chief Executive Office, we took on the challenge of identifying a strategic thinker who understands how to develop best practices, communicate changes needed to establish best practices and then implement towards the long-term visions of success. A national search was conducted to uncover and attract a pool of qualified Managers.

Zach Price & TRG Manufacturing Search Division Complete Successful Plant Manager Search

(Richmond, VA) Oct 11, 2017 – The Richmond Group USA is pleased to announce the successful completion of a search for a Plant Manager for our client’s operation in North Carolina.

Our client is a world leading manufacturer focused on renewable energy production. The North Carolina operation is in its final phases of start-up and striving to achieve full capacity. This requires strong leadership to drive a positive change and team culture as well as implement best practices for utilizing lean manufacturing and TPM to achieve nameplate capacity.

Beginning the search in July 2017, Zach Price and his team worked closely with the Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations through the entire process. Working from a position of strength in the marketplace, TRG developed and executed a strong search plan of industrial operations leaders, identifying candidates who have the right technical background and also a strong desire to be in the North Carolina region.

Earlier in the year we had recruited a results driven operations leader and knew he could be a strong candidate. Our client is a world leading biomass manufacturer focused on renewable energy production. As our client continues to expand in order to meet market demand they want to maintain high standards on product quality. We were asked to find a strong leader in order to maintain product quality, develop supplier relationships and implement certification programs.

They needed an experienced quality professional with a strong technical background and industry experience with forestry product manufacturing, continuous improvement methods and the drive to help plants optimize value and eliminate waste.

Our client is a world class specialty chemical manufacturer with an impressive track record of growth and expansion. They needed an experienced production leader, with a strong background in chemical process manufacturing, area supervision and a desire to progress in to Site management.

Beginning the search in mid May 2017, we worked closely with the Director of Manufacturing, the Plant Manager and HR Leadership through the entire process. Richmond, VA August 2017 – Bruce Peacock and The Manufacturing Search Division of The Richmond Group USA (TRG) are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of a Senior Manufacturing Engineer search for an industry leading, global manufacturer of consumer products. This is a great time for this organization as they continue to grow, invest millions of dollars in new technologies to expand capabilities and launch several new products. The Manufacturing Engineer will be join a cross-functional, project based team who are responsible for launching new products, troubleshooting processes, run trials and prototypes, create specs for parts and assemblies, etc. at their state of the art operation.

Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Human Resources Manager, we took on the challenge of finding a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with previous hands-on project experience, involving new product introduction, in a high volume manufacturing environment. A regional search was conducted to uncover and attract a pool of qualified candidates.

We identified a well-rounded Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience leading and managing projects simultaneously, and launching new products in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This placement will provide our client company with a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer, who spent the last 6 years leading various new product introduction projects for an automotive component manufacturer. Our client is very happy about him joining the team and his ability to take on this challenge of leading and managing projects at their state of the art operation.
