Bruce Peacock and The Manufacturing Search Division of The Richmond Group USA (TRG) are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of a Maintenance Manager search for an industry leading commercial equipment manufacturer. This person will be responsible for managing and directing a team of experienced personnel and managing all equipment and facilities maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, arranging for repairs either internally or with outside specialists, and training the maintenance staff in all aspects of maintenance techniques.
Working with the Director of Operations, we took on the challenge of finding a strong, technical Maintenance Manager who could help the company create a more systematic maintenance program and implement a new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in order to develop a more robust preventative/predictive maintenance strategy. A comprehensive national search was conducted to uncover and attract a pool of qualified candidates.
We identified an outstanding Maintenance Manager who has previous successes managing experienced maintenance teams and implementing CMMS systems with a number of reputable manufacturers.
