As a result of business growth and market opportunities, our client was looking to add a Regional Sales Manager in the Midwest. After several months of unsuccessfully attempting to hire this person on their own they engaged us to identify the right individual that had previous successful experience selling food processing equipment in to the meat industry through established distribution channels.
Due to the specific nature of the search and our extensive network in the food processing equipment industry we completed a comprehensive search to target the right individuals. Within one month we were able to identify an individual who had the successful experience they were looking for. With a history of success in the industry, our client adds a Regional Sales Manager who needs very little training to get up to speed and who understands their selling process.
