Our client company has recently completed a couple strategic acquisitions. This has added momentum to their plans to be at or above $1 Billion in sales in the next 3 years. This West Coast distribution center is one of eight regional distribution/fulfillment centers that support major accounts and independent dealers throughout Western United States. With their deep product offering, unique merchandising services and extensive field service organization, this company has been able to grow consistently in terms of market share, revenue, and profitability. This critical position required us to find someone who is a proven leader who can communicate well and work with their team to develop a coordinated response to reach corporate objectives.
Due to specific qualifications this role required, a comprehensive national search was conducted to uncover and attract a pool of qualified candidates currently living in and around Fresno, California.
The new Distribution Center Manager will bring the leadership skills and hands on experience to develop process improvement strategies.
